50 Essential Classical Pieces, and various soundtracks from movies (Dances with Wolves, Gladiator, Braveheart, Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, and lots of Jim Brickman)

Am currently snacking on--
Yoplait Light Pineapple Upside Down Cake Yogurt with Edamame (roasted soy beans). Delicious! And, as always, a Diet Dr. Pepper is never far away. Preferably, partially frozen.

Oh! And I'm also totally hooked on Christy Jordan's Cold Brewed Iced Coffee. She's better known as the "Southern Plate" woman. Wonderful website! Check it out.
