A Lasting Impression $2.99 Kindle ebook

Hey friends, a quick note on this gorgeous Wednesday in Nashville to let you know that A Lasting Impression ebook for Kindle is currently on sale for $2.99. This is a sale in conjunction with Amazon, therefore it's only for the Kindle. Sorry Nookers and iBookers.

Have you read A Lasting Impression yet? If not, here's a quick taste.

Also, many of you have asked if the girl on the cover is my daughter, Kelsey. Alas, it's not. But it sure does look a lot like her. What do you think?

My sweet (and sometimes snarky) daughter Kelsey

I would have loved for her to have been on this first Belmont Mansion book (since she was a Belmont University student) but it didn't work out. I've already discussed with my publisher about having her on a future cover though. So look out!

Now out the door to walk off some of the delicious food that Kelsey and I enjoyed in The Netherlands last week. Including the oliebollen. Don't know what oliebollen is? Here you go! Wish I could have shared it with you. Then again...  : - ) It's so good!

Have you ever tried oliebollen? Or been to The Netherlands? Or have you read A Lasting Impression yet? I'd love to hear from you.

And as a surprise "thank you" for visiting my blog, leave a comment on this post for a chance to win a copy of To Whisper Her Name, my latest release, and the first of three Belle Meade Plantation novels. I'll draw one winner for a signed copy of To Whisper Her Name on this Friday (Dec 7th) at 7PM (Central) and post the winner here on Saturday. Blessings, friends!

And drumroll, please!

The winner is:

SUSAN

Susan, if you'll send me your snail mail info, we'll get your signed copy of To Whisper Her Name in the mail to you this week!

I'm having another giveaway this week so be sure to check back! And just in time for Christmas too!

  14. Hi Tamara: I love this book and have it on my kindle but I would love to have it on my keeper shelf along with "The Inheritance". For those who don't know, there is a tie in at the end of "To Whisper her Name" with "The Inheritance". What is so beautiful about the writing is that the history, descriptions, and dialog flow so well that you feel you are there with the characters. Put my name in the pot :)

  29. I am halfway the book now. So far excellent read. I am really impressed by the way you have managed to decribe the way of life and its atmosphere at Belmont that days. So the winner will be very lucky.
And yes I have tried Oliebollen, because I am living in Holland. It seems to me that you and your daughter had chosen the perfect time to visit The Netherlands, because of all the typical Dutch things in this time of the year. (sinterklaas, oliebollen, pepernoten). I do hope you have also tried our 'Appelflappen'. They are available now and will be served on New Years Eve together with the Oliebollen.

  30. Hey Mrs. Tamera, I did a double take, I thought it was your daughter on the cover of Lasting Impression(which I've read along with all your books, love them). I'd love to win TWHN. I enjoyed seeing Gallatin in Lasting Impressions since I live 20 minutes away, it was exciting. Thank for the opportunity to win To Whisper Her Name, it will make a great Christmas present to myself.

I visited for a little over a week a few years back and just fell in love with the Dutch people and culture. It's an amazing country and I hope that I get the chance to visit again someday.
