Want a boatload of free print books?

I've been cleaning my bookshelves again, friends, which means one of you is going to get a bevy of fabulous books! Here's the loot this time...

A great assortment of wonderful reads. Everything from betrayal in love, to being smitten in love, to making your last plea bargain, to exploring the trouble with cowboys, and more! After all (a wink to Deb's book up there), reading should be an adventure!

Want your name included in the drawing that will take place Tuesday, March 12?

Simply leave a comment on this blog post by Monday, March 11 at 8PM (Central time) telling me which of these titles strikes your fancy the most and why, then your name will be included in the random drawing. It's that simple.

I'll post the name of the winner of all the books on Tuesday, March 12 here on this blog as well as on my Facebook Page where I love chatting with you all. It's such a blessing to get to know you all better. Good luck in the drawing!

There are some authors in there I have never read and would like to.

  76. Tamera, you are so sweet to offer books from your own collection again! I remember I stopped by your blog once when you were doing this maybe 2 years ago? I don't remember. But I do remember it was right on my bday (June 8th) and I think I snagged the last book you were offering then, "Here Burns My Candle." Thanks again for that :-)

I would love to read Denise Hunter's "The Trouble with Cowboys!" I'm always a sucker for cowboys ;-) And, the book description said the heroine has never been in love. I always gravitate to stories like that, as I've never been in love either and always like to see how authors write that special awakening in their heroines.

  80. So many wonderful sounding choices! If I had to narrow it down to one, I'd say When a Heart Stops. It instantly makes me want to know more. Is it literal or figurative? Who's heart stopped? Did it start again? Is someone struggling with healing after a loss? or is someone in danger and need of rescue? When it's an author I know or one that comes highly recommended, I prefer not to read the back cover but simply embark on the journey.

  102. Hi Tamera,

What a great idea! I see several books in that stack I'd like to read, but the one that jumps out at me is Bees in the Garden. I read the first pages of it on Amazon, and was swept up into the drama of that opening scene. Wow. It's on my To Read list, but to win it would be awesome!

    Thanks again for the opportunity!

    Blessings,
    Becky

  103. Wow, what a great giveaway! The stack contains some of my favorite authors, so I am drooling over several! But a title that caught my attention was Facing Every Mom's Fears. It must be a nonfiction book, and it sounds like something I would love to read as my children enter junior high!

  119. I can't wait to read the trouble with cowboys. My own personal cowboy is 6'9" tall and since he keeps me surrounded with tv and movies about the West I stay tuned in with books that have a Western or Frontier theme. By the way I just discovered the Timber Ridge Reflections series and finished From A Distance in a day. Bought the other two in Kindle edition this morning. Love your writing style!

  124. The one that most - if I could even pick, they all sound so good! - intrigues me is "After All" by Raney. I wonder what the "all" is. Life sometimes seems to entangle us in more "all" that we ever thought!! Thanks for the contest!!!

    ReplyDelete
  125. "The Last Plea Bargain" by Singer. Sounds like something related to crime drama, Courtroom suspense, etc. which would be "right up my alley" so to speak since my Dad, myself, my husband and 2 sons were/are in law enforcement in one way or another. Curious to see how it relates to Jesus...perhaps someone attempting to "plea bargain" for their soul?? I would love to win and read all the titles, as I don't think I've read any of them, which is a MAJOR plus (and hard to do as I read a lot). Appreciate the chance

  162. Wow, what a treasure trove, and what a neat idea! I have a stack of books I have been trying to decide what to do with, and this may be the answer!

Robin Lee Hatcher is the only author there I am familiar with, and I haven't read that book of hers, so I'd be most interested in that one. But The Trouble With Cowboys interests me a little because my dad was one in his early life, and the one about the wedding in Charleston caught my eye because I LOVE that city. And what mom hasn't wrestled with fears? And I like discovering good new-to-me authors, so the whole stack looks tantalizing to me!

I'm most looking forward to reading Beyond the Storm. The turmoils of life just keep coming, it seems, and it's great to escape to a wonderful book for a while and just let God renew me so that I can once again be His aide in my community.
